    Make it easier to upgrade a licence to whichever one you want

    We'd like the ability to upgrade from SU>CAM or whichever licence we want instead of being restricted e.g. SU>3U>UA. Also make it easier to upgrade or change a licence whether or not it's been triggered in DDA or is still in DDA.

    Other suppliers do this. If purchasing from a reading list, a good way to check whether we already have the item.

    Customized reporting - titles purchased by category

    Remove perpetual purchases from DDA pool automatically

    If we purchase an ebook perpetually, we would like it removed from our DDA pool to prevent paying for the same item twice. Currently we do this manually. It would be great if GOBI could identify and remove these automatically
