Allow "ebook only" limiter for YBP-US/UK Titles when setting up Notifications

When selecting "eBook only" for a Notification, the only universe options are "All titles," "My Library Slips" or "New Editions of my library's titles." This option should also be made available for "YBP-US Titles" and "YBP-UK Titles"

When searching Selections or Recommendations ability to search by user's name

For libraries that have a lot of GOBI Users or GobiAlert users, having the ability to search by the first/last name rather than only initials would be helpful.

It would be good to have a total of the cost of books ordered per ordering session. This would be useful to Selectors who often have broad weekly/monthly expenditure guidelines.

Show the number of copies available. This helps when ordering multiple copies. Knowing that number on hand ahead of time will avoid having orders cancelled.
