I would like to only include titles in my DDA that have been published in the last 5 years so I would expect titles beyond that to be automatically removed on a rolling basis and to receive an email with deletions to update my library management system
Rather than removing titles that have been published in the last 5 years on a rolling basis, we'd like to remove any title that has been in DDA for longer than 3 years. And get an email alert just before this happens.
