An invoice portal for all EBSCO invoices - no matter the product or service (GOBI etc.). It should be possible to view all invoices, check statuses and pay outstanding invoices. It would also be beneficial to be able to create deposit invoices and track spend on deposit accounts (budget tracker).

I think this is a great idea! You could continue sending the monthly statements via email, but move the invoices to the portal.
I hope you can fast track this enhancement! It seems so illogical that you can pay for GOBI invoices online in an EBSCO invoice portal yet you can't pay for EBSCO invoices. I have noticed when I pay for EBSCO invoices via a call to accounts receivable that the invoice receipt I receive looks exactly like the one I receive from GOBI. It appears EBSCO is using the same payment portal as GOBI. Let's open this up so we can see all of our invoices in the portal!
