Eadmin forces a re-login far too frequently for those of us who are in and out of it several times per day. And often when it times out, it does so very badly, with a corrupted cookie that needs to be cleared in the browser settings before one can login again. Please make the eadmin login-cookie timeout to be at least 8 hours.
We appreciate you taking the time to submit a request to increase the timeout of EBSCOAdmin. EBSCOadmin currently has a timeout option after 2 hours of inactivity. Due to security and to maintain authentication consistency across EBSCO customer resources, the decision remains to keep the current timeout option for EBSCOAdmin at 2 hours.
