In GOBI, when looking at a record, I want to be able to see if it is already in my Select Cart. I find myself putting titles into the Select Cart two or three times because of my library's workflows. I search for titles to consider selecting periodically, and check out from the Select Cart only periodically once I have a significant batch of material I want Acquisitions to order.
